Proposal: Application to reduce heights of all trees in the group (marked G2 on drawing) to a height of approximately 2.5 metres (Tree Preservation Order P1/201/208) 


Location: Yew Tree House, High Street, Ripley, GU23 6BE

Proposal: Listed Building Consent to remove existing gas meter and disconnect existing gas main pipe to rear of property and install new gas meter and gas main pipe to front of property

Location: Highlands farm, Portsmouth Road, Ripley, GU23 6EY

Proposal: Proposed erection of a pair of vehicular and two pedestrian entrance gates incorporating four piers and brick walls on both sides


Location: St Mary Magdalen Church, High Street, Ripley

Proposal: Application for works to trees – reduce NE side of T1 Yew tree by 0.6m and SW side by 1.5m, leaving a balanced crown spread of approximately 1.5m. Reduce height of three Yew trees (G1 on map) to a height of approx. 2.5m. (Ripley Conservation Area)


Location: The Green and various locations surrounding, The Green, Ripley

Proposal: T1 – Fell dead Lime tree to 1m adjacent to Ripley Dental Practice, T2 – Willow tree, lift and reduce and clean crown up to 4m sited in former village pond. T3 – Sycamore tree, fell and replace with native species tree elsewhere growing from land at public conveniences (Ripley Conservation Area)
