Ripley Housing Needs Survey

Surrey Community Action is carrying out a Housing Needs Survey for Ripley. Questionnaires are being posted to households and should be arriving this week.
Ripley Parish Council is encouraging as many residents as possible to take part.
The survey will help provide up-to-date evidence about local housing need in Ripley, including the need for affordable homes, smaller homes, homes for young people and families, homes for older residents wishing to downsize, and housing for people with a local connection who may otherwise struggle to remain in the village.
You do not need to be personally looking for housing to complete the survey. Responses from all households are useful because they help build a clearer picture of local circumstances and future need.
Residents can complete the paper questionnaire when it arrives, or complete the survey online using the QR code on the poster.
A strong response will help ensure future discussions about housing in Ripley are informed by local evidence rather than assumptions.
